Childcare Provider

Duties:
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
Assist with personal care tasks such as diapering, feeding, and dressing
Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
Ensure a clean and organized childcare space

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
Knowledge of child development principles and practices
Ability to engage and educate children through play and activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
