Spotless Laundry & Dry Cleaners operates four busy locations in Prince George, offering premium laundry, wash-and-fold, premium water and dry cleaning services. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee frontline operations, support staff, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee customer service operations across 4 locations
Train, coach, and support staff on service standards and procedures
Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Maintain clean, organized, and customer-friendly facilities
Enforce company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
Manage escalated issues, refunds, and customer complaints
Ensure proper handling of laundry, wash-and-fold, and dry-cleaning check-ins
Support management with reporting and operational improvements
Build a positive, supportive, and accountable workplace culture
Assist in dry cleaning and laundry production
Manage and schedule mechanical repairs to production machinery
Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service or supervisory experience (service, hospitality, or retail preferred)
Ability to lead and motivate staff
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with multiple locations
Professional and solution-focused under pressure
Valid driver’s licence with ability to travel between stores
