Dental Hygienist – Join Our Team at Cabana Dental

Cabana Dental is looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment where your dedication to oral health can truly make a difference.

As a Dental Hygienist at Cabana Dental, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to our patients, helping them achieve and maintain optimal oral health.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
Take and develop dental x-rays
Conduct oral cancer screenings
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
Administer fluoride treatments
Apply dental sealants to prevent tooth decay
Assist the dentist with procedures when needed
Accurately document patient care and treatment plans

Qualifications:
Valid Dental Hygienist license (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and commitment to patient care




Knowledge of standard dental office procedures and protocols
Experience with pediatric patients is a plus
OPENDENTAL experience is an asset
Familiarity with medical and dental terminology
Experience in orthodontics and/or dental assisting is an asset
