Key Responsibilities
Define and document technical engagement criteria
Participate in strategic sales to close deals with technical certainty
Create structured solution templates by vertical




Collaborate with implementation teams for smooth handoffs
Collect and analyze friction points for product improvement

Requirements:
7 to 10+ years in a technical sales or Solutions Engineering role
Extensive knowledge of payment solutions, including Interac and EFT
Experience working directly with merchant engineering teams
Proven ability to navigate complex technical discussions
Solid documentation and communication skills
