Your expertise will help educate and assist clients, ensuring they find the right products to meet their needs while providing an engaging and positive shopping experience.

As a key ambassador of our brand, you'll foster a welcoming environment that promotes responsible consumption and customer satisfaction.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations based on their preferences and needs
Educate customers on different strains, consumption methods, and product effects to promote informed choices
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance
Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight featured products and promotions
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding age verification, product limits, and documentation
Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product filing
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the retail space,



including heavy lifting of stock when necessary

Skills
Exceptional communication skills in English
Solid customer service orientation with the ability to connect with diverse clientele
Proficiency in computer operation, including Microsoft Office tools like Excel for record keeping
Experience with retail sales, cashiering, and POS systems to handle transactions efficiently
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory calculations
Organizational skills to manage merchandising, filing, and time effectively during busy shifts
Knowledge of hospitality or retail environments to create a welcoming atmosphere
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling stock deliveries or restocking shelves
Multilingual capabilities to serve a broader customer base effectively
Leadership qualities to assist team members and contribute positively to store operations

Cannabis Experience is preferred. Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
