Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, and answering questions about specifications or usage
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy and inviting
Use communication skills to inform customers about promotions,



recent products, or technical features
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures required
Knowledge of merchandising principles and product demos enhances customer engagement
Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales area neat and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette when assisting via phone or in person
Ability to work adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
