Required qualifications include a minimum of 10 years in CMOS SerDes development, with expertise in jitter and signal equalization techniques. A solid background in circuit blocks such as PLLs, ADCs, and DACs is essential for meeting customer specifications. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop analog/mixed signal IC circuit blocks
Lead verification processes ensuring conformance to customer specs
Collaborate with teams to innovate long-reach SerDes solutions
Utilize CAD tools for circuit simulation and verification
Provide insights into SerDes standards and electrical requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant IC design experience
Proficiency in SerDes circuit blocks and equalization techniques
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
