Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
Assist with order picking, packaging, and preparing shipments for delivery while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Conduct heavy lifting tasks and handle materials with care during loading and unloading processes
Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing inventory, stocking shelves,



and maintaining a clean work setting
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper load securing for transportation

Qualifications
Prior experience working in a warehouse setting or manufacturing setting is highly preferred
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers; certification is a plus
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
Construction or heavy equipment operation experience is advantageous
Strong attention to detail in order picking, packaging, shipping & receiving tasks
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
