LiftBridge Collective is hiring a full-time Entry-Level Account Representative to communicate directly with customers, support account needs, and provide information about available products and services.

This is an in-person, customer-facing position. You will meet with customers directly, have face-to-face conversations, understand their needs, and help them find the appropriate solutions.

Entry-Level Account Representative Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers regarding their accounts and service needs
Learn customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions
Assist with account setup and enrollment processes
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer information
Develop strong customer and account management skills
Work toward individual and team performance goals




Represent the company professionally during customer interactions

Entry-Level Account Representative Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and building professional relationships
