Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, beard grooming, hot towel shaves, and styling services
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified workstation at all times
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming setting
Consult with clients to understand desired styles and recommend appropriate services
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards
Upsell services and products when appropriate
Manage appointment times efficiently and professionally
Work collaboratively with the team
to maintain the shop’s atmosphere and standards
Minimum 2+ years of professional barbering experience
Strong skills in fades, tapers, scissor cuts, beard shaping, and modern techniques and old school techniques
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Punctual, reliable, and skilled appearance
Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-end environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
