Pacific Physiotherapy is looking to hire a motivated, friendly, and dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist & Physiotherapy Assistant to join our growing team
With multiple clinic locations, Pacific Physiotherapy is our growing venture, and we’re looking to build a dynamic team that is passionate about patient care and committed to making a real difference in recovery.
For Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 7pm.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, friendly, trustworthy, innovative, tech savvy with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
Must be quick learner and able to work independently
Must be MULTITASKER and problem solver
Well ORGANIZED
Excellent computer skills including; good typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
Exceptional phone skills (GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS)
Experience in WSIB, EHC, MVA billing would be an asset but not mandatory
Experience in working in healthcare clinic would be an asset
Good Team player
Reliable, punctual, initiative and eager to learn with positive attitude
Eager to grow with the company
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Job description:
Greeting clients, checking in and checking out clients
Scheduling clients for right appointment type
Adding insurance information to the profile
Billing Clients for their appointments (We provide direct bill to EHC, MVA, and WSIB)
Calling insurance companies to get client's coverage details
Answering phone calls to schedule or re schedule clients
Organize front desk, keep area tidy
Clerical duties
Scan, fax and photocopy documents and upload them on EMR
Check voicemails and put reminders in the system
Keeping clinic clean and tidy
Follow Physiotherapist guidelines to carry out treatment plan for clients
Perform Physiotherapy assistant duties
Document SOAP notes as per the Ontario college of Physiotherapist’s requirement
Diploma in medical administration or related experience required. Previous experience in a medical administration is an asset. Diploma or degree in OTA/PTA or relevant studies.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
