Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our agile culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience working in a quick-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously
Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals

Requirements

MUST BE AVAILABLE ON THURS-SUN
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
Basic understanding of serving and food industry operations is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
