Lousje & Bean is a Canadian women's fashion company with a busy online business and boutique. We are looking for a reliable, organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Order Fulfilment Assistant to join our team.

This is a hands-on position that supports the day-to-day processing of merchandise and online orders. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless order processing, packaging, and shipping for our online customers. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, staying organized and moving between a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Job Overview

Order Fulfillment
Pack online customer orders for shipment

Product Photography
Take product photographs for our online store

Size Charts
Measure garments accurately for online size charts

Inventory & Boutique Support
Assist with inventory counts and organization
Support the boutique team with steaming, tagging, folding and general organization
Help keep the back-of-house areas clean and organized
Provide occasional assistance in the Boutique to customers when needed

The Ideal Candidate

Reliable and punctual




Comfortable working independently
Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Quick and productive while maintaining accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive and hands-on tasks
Able to lift and move boxes of merchandise
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
A team player with a positive, professional attitude
Interested in fashion and visual presentation
Previous retail, e-commerce, Shopify, inventory or fashion experience is an asset, but not required

The right person will be someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed.

Hours:

Approximately 20–25 hours per week.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday — approximately 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Compensation

$19–$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
