Job Summary:
As a Seasonal Tire Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing tire changeovers, mounting, balancing, and inspecting tires on passenger vehicles and light trucks. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, safety, and customer service.
Duties
Install, balance, and repair tires on a variety of vehicles.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tire-related tasks.
Assist customers with tire selection based on their needs and vehicle specifications.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous tire or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Robust attention to detail and safety
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must be reliable and punctual
Valid driver’s license
Seasonal Employment Details:
Season: October - December
Schedule: Full-time including some Saturdays
Potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs
