You will be at the forefront of property oversight, utilizing your skills to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols primary on weekends of properties to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
Enforce access control procedures for staff, visitors, contractors, and vendors
Utilize surveillance systems such as CCTV to oversee property perimeters and interior spaces
Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and access records with accuracy and professionalism
Lead investigations into security incidents, gathering evidence and reporting findings clearly




Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or security operations
