Key Responsibilities:
Perform general manufacturing tasks including loading/unloading, lifting, and transporting materials around the worksite
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free of clutter, debris, and waste
Support machine operators, welders, assemblers, and other team members as needed
Learn and assist with welding processes, including TIG and MIG
Comply with WorkSafeBC regulations and adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
Carry out other general labour and manufacturing duties as required

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
Punctual, dependable, and committed to a solid work ethic
Physically capable and willing to work extended hours when needed
Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently




Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team workplace
Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset, but not required—full training will be provided
Basic knowledge of welding is an asset
