Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, beauty services, and guest experiences in a welcoming environment. This role involves delivering personalized consultations, performing various aesthetic procedures, and promoting retail products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties
Perform skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with attention to detail and safety standards
Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to clients
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas and equipment
Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
Assist at the front desk with guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and product demos
Upsell services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about new skincare lines or treatments
Support nail care services if qualified, including manicures and pedicures




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the salon’s standards of excellence

Requirements
Valid state licensing as an Aesthetician or Skin Care Specialist
Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a salon or spa setting
Ability to promote retail sales through upselling techniques and product demos
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and recommend appropriate services
Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus
