Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, but we value a solid work ethic and willingness to learn.

Duties
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating
Ensure food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely meal delivery
Keep work areas organized and sanitized throughout shifts
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working workplace





Qualifications
Experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen sanitation standards
Ability to handle food preparation and cooking tasks efficiently
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Prior hotel or serving experience is advantageous but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
