Duties
Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes
Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area
Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and portioning as needed
Ensure proper storage of food items to prevent spoilage and cross-contamination
Maintain organized workstations and assist with dishwashing and sanitation duties




Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues during busy hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support others
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks
