We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to oversee a key station in our kitchen. This role requires precision, consistency, and a robust understanding of cooking proteins to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute all grilled items with accuracy and consistency
Ensure proper cooking temperatures and refined presentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
Work closely with the culinary team to deliver a seamless service
Assist with other stations and duties as required

Qualifications:
Proven experience on a grill station in a high-volume or upscale setting
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and timing
Ability to perform under pressure with attention to detail
Commitment to quality and consistency
Local experience in a reputable restaurant
