Location: Arvo Coffee & Wine, working across both our homes: the Distillery District and Liberty Village

Position Overview:
We're on the hunt for a Barista who genuinely loves coffee and lights up when making someone's day better. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a specialty coffee shop and a real passion for hospitality. Don't worry, we'll fully train you on our processes and approach, and you'll get your hands on world-class coffee equipment along the way. This is a fully cross-trained role that has you working across both locations, all shifts, and every role, from opening and closing the store.

Key Responsibilities:
Coffee Craft: Pull beautiful shots and craft high-quality espresso beverages with care,



precision, and a smile.
Customer Service: Bring the good energy and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Food Prep & Service: Roll up your sleeves and support our brunch offerings by prepping, plating, and serving as needed.
Equipment TLC: Keep our coffee gear clean and dialed in for peak performance.

Qualifications:
Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee shop is required.
A valid Smart Serve certification is required.
Experience with food prep and hospitality is preferred.
Weekend availability is a must.
Food Handlers certification is an asset.
A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
