Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our established family landscaping team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes by performing a variety of groundskeeping tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are vibrant, well-manicured, and inviting.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in landscape maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced workplace.

Drivers licence required

Duties
Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
Assist with planting, pruning, and trimming shrubs, trees, and flowers to promote healthy growth
Use hand tools and power tools for landscape installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and clippings regularly

Skills
Experience with landscape maintenance and gardening practices




Mechanical knowledge for operating and troubleshooting lawn care machinery and tools
Knowledge of horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape design
Ability to use hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools safely and effectively
Solid work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards in outdoor environments

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
