Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable roofing foreman to lead our crew on residential Roofing Projects. The ideal candidate has solid leadership skills, a solid background in roofing systems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety & efficiency on site.

As a roofing foreman, you will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring all work is completed on time and to company standards.

Duties
Supervise and lead a roofing team in office
Plan, organize and execute daily work schedules
Install and oversee installation of various roofing systems
Ensure all completed work meets quality standards and building code
Communicate with project managers, clients & suppliers
Troubleshoot issues and make on the spot decisions
Manage materials,



tools & equipment on site.
Maintain a clean and organized work setting while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and within scope.

Experience
Proven experience in Residential roofing systems
Ability to lead a crew and manage job sites efficiently
Hands-on experience operating power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery is highly desirable
Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
