Duties
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and materials to designated areas
Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work workplace
Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Participate in routine inspections to ensure worksite safety and compliance with regulations




Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills
Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Prior experience in construction or labor roles is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous
