We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Lead to join our dynamic team! Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
Manage cash handling responsibilities using Micros POS systems, including processing transactions accurately
Assist in interviewing and onboarding current staff members to build a robust, cohesive team
Monitor kitchen activities, coordinate food production,



and ensure timely delivery of orders
Enforce health and safety policies, including food safety protocols and proper food storage techniques

Experience
Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Extensive food preparation, cooking, and food handling expertise in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Strong background in restaurant management, including overseeing operations and staff scheduling
Exceptional customer service skills with experience in serving diverse clientele
Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen procedures, and hospitality best practices
Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus; leadership qualities are essential for success
