Full Time – plus overtime

Duties
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to the success of the safety program
Cut pipes to required lengths
Align and position pipes to prepare them for fusing
Connect pipe pieces and seal joints using provided material
Install sanitary and storm water sewer structures and pipe systems
Lay out pipe routes, following specifications or blueprints, and coordinating layouts with supervisor
Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers

What You’ll Bring
3 years experience in water, sewer, storm pipe installation
Experience with compaction equipment
Knowledge of safe work procedures and ability to follow safety signage accurately
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team workplace




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods and working outside in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
A valid Canadian driver’s license
