We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning / Roof Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on outdoor position involving roof de-mossing, exterior cleaning, and other property-maintenance work. The ideal candidate is mature, dependable, physically capable, comfortable working at heights, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a crew.
We are looking for someone interested in long-term employment who takes pride in doing quality work and being someone the team can depend on.
Responsibilities
Perform exterior cleaning tasks including window washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and surface scrubbing using hand tools
Conduct roof inspections and perform maintenance such as debris removal, moss treatment, and moss removal
Utilize appropriate tools to safely access high or hard-to-reach areas, including ladders
Maintain a clean work setting by properly disposing of debris and ensuring equipment is stored securely after use.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on work progress, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site.
Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Valid Drivers License
Functional phone
Solid communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights, using ladders
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Must be comfortable working at heights
Available Monday–Friday
Comfortable working independently when required
