Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team at Bright Minds Early Learning Centre in Fredericton. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners, contributing to their growth and development while embodying our commitment to quality childcare.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 6 months to 5 years.
Foster a secure, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning.
Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through various activities.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Participate in staff meetings and career development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Early Childhood Education or related field. ECEA will not be considered.
Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting.
Solid understanding of child development principles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Hold a valid First Aid/ CPR certificate
