Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to sanitation standards.
Assist with food preparation when necessary to ensure timely service.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.




Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a protected dining environment.

Skills
Solid customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
Experience with POS systems for order processing is preferred.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
