Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Schedule appointments and manage the flow of vehicles through the service department efficiently
Explain repair estimates, service procedures, and recommended maintenance options clearly and transparently
Upsell additional services or repairs that enhance vehicle performance and safety while respecting customer preferences
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs,



ensuring timely completion of work
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all financial activities
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Skills
Proven dealership experience with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Robust sales ability to promote services confidently without pressure tactics
Ability to explain technical information in an understandable way for customers
Experience with upselling services to increase revenue while maintaining integrity
Proficiency in cash handling, payment processing, and record keeping
