Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using POS systems.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with basic math skills.
Assist with food preparation and food handling in accordance with food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and service counters.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills during busy periods.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and transactions.
Experience in food preparation, serving, and food safety standards is desirable.
Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced settings efficiently.
