Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skills
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in food preparation when necessary and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining environment
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards and sanitation practices
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred
Familiarity with cashiering systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills
Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions accurately
Hospitality background or guest services experience is advantageous
