We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cuisinier (microbrewery chef) to join our vibrant brewing team. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene practice.
Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, , and other mechanical tools required for food preparation
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating stock properly, and notifying management of supply needs




Follow manufacturing processes specific to food processing within the brewery setting, ensuring efficiency and safety
Maintain accurate records related to sanitation procedures, food safety compliance, and production logs

Skills
Basic knowledge of food industry standards, including sanitation and safety protocols
Mechanical knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation and packaging
Ability to perform basic math calculations for portioning, measurements, and inventory control
Experience with packaging techniques suitable for food products in a manufacturing setting
Familiarity with food processing procedures within a manufacturing workplace to ensure quality control
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain compliance at all times
