Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal throughout the plaza area
Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, restrooms, entrances, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to deliver effective results
Support basic facilities maintenance activities such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed




Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for visitors and staff
Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning schedules promptly and thoroughly

Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Positive physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is advantageous
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
