Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Food and Beverage Server to join our staff. In this role, you'll be providing guests with an enjoyable dining experience through attentive service and a welcoming attitude. Your main goal will be to ensure guests feel comfortable, well taken care of, and excited to return. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations when needed.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at the end of shifts.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and food safety standards to answer guest questions confidently.
Support food preparation and sanitation efforts to ensure a safe dining workplace for everyone.

Requirements




Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures (Food Secure and/or Server It Right is preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with using a cash register and debit machine is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking between serving tables, taking orders, and cashiering.
A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills to collaborate smoothly with colleagues.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
