Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as proficiency in various assembly techniques and tools.

Duties
Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and schematics.
Perform soldering tasks, including surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to complete assembly tasks.
Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately assemble products.
Test assembled products using ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment.




Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during the assembly process.

Experience
Proven experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly roles is preferred.
Familiarity with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly processes.
Knowledge of assembling cable harnesses.
Experience with electrical wiring and basic electrical principles is essential.
