Join Our Heart at Home Team as a Temporary Contract Nurse!

Heart Pharmacy’s St. Anthony’s Clinic is looking for a passionate LPN or RN to join our Heart at Home team on a temporary contract basis.

Heart at Home provides mobile medication dispensing services throughout Greater Victoria. We do not currently provide general in-home patient care.

Location: Greater Victoria

Position Type: Temporary Contract for 1 month

Compensation: LPN rate $38/hour+ | RN rate $45/hour+

Role Summary:

As a Heart at Home Nurse, you will provide medication dispensing services to clients in the community, including insulin management where required.

You’ll work with:
Medication Dispensing: Provide medication dispensing services as an LPN or RN working within an LPN scope.




Insulin Management: Administer medications, check blood sugar levels, and give injections where required.
Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to support clients with their medication needs.
Client Support: Build positive relationships with clients and provide consistent, qualified service.

What You’ll Bring
Licensed LPN or RN: Completion of an accredited program and registration with the BCCNM.
Skills: Robust communication, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to compassionate client service.
Requirements: Valid BC driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean criminal record check.

Compensation

$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
