Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized. Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed.
Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow during busy service periods.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Support other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.

Skills




Solid cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards.
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
Basic cooking skills are beneficial for assisting in food preparation tasks.
Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance.
Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while managing time efficiently.
