Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage food and beverage orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to meet health regulations
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed,



including assembling snacks or light meals

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to develop recent skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Solid time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving or food preparation within the food industry enhances your ability to succeed in this role
