Job Summary
We are seeking a Highway Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and be proficient.

Experience with loadlink, xpert, or transportation management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide information about products and services
Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
Enter customer data accurately into the system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize phone systems and maintain proper phone etiquette

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Knowledge of 3PL, supply chain, or logistics is advantageous
Ability to type efficiently and accurately
Familiarity with geography canada and USA
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
