Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
Coordinate work with other trades to ensure schedules and project milestones are met
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective, code-compliant solutions




Ensure all work meets applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:
Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent combination of skills and experience
3+ years of experience in multifamily residential construction
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
