We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Laundry and Customer Service Person to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a friendly hard working person. you must be able to work in a hot workplace and have good people skills. No experience necessary as we are willing to train. Duties include serving customers at counter ,cash and doing laundry. Shifts would be 2 to 3 days per week from 11 to 7 Monday to Friday. Must be fluent in writing English as you will be required to enter customers names into the computer.

Duties
Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other textiles efficiently and safely
Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sorting, folding, and storing items in designated locations
Assist guests with their laundry needs, providing friendly and prompt service to ensure a positive experience
Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing concerns
Support cleaning duties around the facility to uphold hygiene standards and contribute to a tidy setting




Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and laundry machinery to prevent accidents or damage
Keep accurate records of laundry loads processed.

Skills
Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality operations is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of laundry procedures, including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques
Experience with cleaning tasks and maintaining sanitation standards in a busy workplace
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Attention to detail to ensure all laundry is handled correctly and customer requests are fulfilled accurately
A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
