Performance Automotive Technician – Subaru Focus

We’re looking for a solid, experienced tech who’s confident with diagnostics, engine builds, and modifying performance cars — primarily Subaru platforms. If you’re the type who enjoys problem-solving, tuning things properly, and building cars the right way, you’ll fit in well here.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry
Minimum 2nd year Automotive Service Technician (Skilled Trades program)
Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical problem-solving skills
Comfortable with everything from routine maintenance to complex engine and drivetrain work
Experience with aftermarket upgrades and performance builds is a big plus
Red Seal Automotive Service Technician preferred (higher pay range available)
Welding experience is an asset
Engine building experience is an asset
Reliable transportation (limited transit in the area)
Must be good with shop dogs
