About the Role

Tidal Law LLP is seeking an experienced commercial paralegal to join our growing team. You'll support our lawyers and clients across a busy commercial practice, with a solid focus on the construction industry, though your work won't be limited to that sector. We have offices in both Calgary and Edmonton and will consider applicants for either location.

We're looking for someone who can take a deal from beginning to end.

Responsibilities
Manage commercial lending and financing transactions
Handle commercial real estate deals through to closing
Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel to keep files on track
Manage closings and post-closing requirements

Qualifications
At least 3–5 years of experience as a commercial paralegal




Solid working knowledge of commercial lending, financing, and real estate transactions
Proven ability to run a deal end-to-end
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines

What We Offer
Salary of $65,000–$85,000, depending on experience
