Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes, break rooms, and reception areas to ensure a hygienic workplace
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other essentials in restrooms and communal areas
Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks like trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the facilities management team




Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability

Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to office environments and commercial spaces
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and floor cleaners
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
Good communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate with team members
