Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Construction Safety Coordinator (IMP Specialist) to oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance on construction sites. This role involves collaborating with construction teams to promote a safe working environment, conducting safety inspections, and implementing safety management systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction safety, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with construction management software. Duties
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures specific to construction projects
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits in office to identify potential hazards
Coordinate safety training sessions for construction personnel to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards
Investigate and report on safety incidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate safety practices into daily operations




Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation using construction management software
Assist in the development of emergency response plans and ensure their effective implementation
Keep abreast of industry safety regulations and best practices, updating procedures as necessary

Skills
Proven experience in construction safety management or related field
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
Proficiency with construction management software for tracking safety data and documentation
Excellent communication skills for training, reporting, and coordinating with diverse teams
Ability to conduct thorough inspections and risk assessments in dynamic construction environments
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in quick-paced settings

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
