Duties
Lead food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork and efficiency
Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
Oversee restaurant operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service and guest satisfaction
Implement creative menu ideas while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation




Enforce food safety protocols and conduct regular kitchen inspections to uphold health standards

Skills
Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced food industry setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development
Extensive food service experience with knowledge of restaurant management practices
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse staff members
Familiarity with food handling safety regulations and best practices for hygiene and sanitation
Experience in hospitality environments, including bartending or serving is a plus
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
