Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and checkout areas
Restock shelves efficiently to ensure product availability and visual appeal
Operate cash registers accurately and process transactions swiftly
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives




Support inventory management through receiving shipments and updating stock records
Participate in store promotions, merchandising displays, and special events to boost engagement

Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Solid communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a lively setting
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service and supporting team success

Pay: $15.00-$24.49 per hour
