Freebird Market is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Café & Market Team Member to join our team.

We are a chef-driven café and market serving fresh, scratch-made food, coffee, prepared meals, sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and retail products.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great service, and staying busy in a fast-paced food environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Greet customers and provide friendly, qualified service
Take customer orders and answer questions about our menu and products
Operate the POS system and accurately handle transactions
Prepare coffee, tea, espresso-based beverages, matcha, and other drinks
Serve salads, prepared foods, baked goods, and retail products
Heat and finish sandwiches and pizzas to order
Package takeaway and retail orders
Restock displays, beverages, and service areas throughout the day
Keep the café clean, organized, and well presented
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Support your team and assist with other daily tasks as needed

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in a café, restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality environment
Friendly and skilled communication skills
Comfortable working directly with customers
Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
Comfortable learning and working across different stations
Full-time availability is required
Evening and weekend availability is required

Strong Assets
Previous barista or coffee experience
Smart Serve certification
Experience using a POS system
Previous food handling or food service experience

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
