Qualifications – Ontario Industrial Facility
Previous general labour experience (required)
Previous experience operating equipment in an industrial environment is required
Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 3-month assignment with possibility of permanent employment
Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts from Monday to Thursday
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Responsibilities:
Press Operators are responsible for safely operating industrial press equipment and supporting production activities in accordance with workplace safety and quality standards. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Operate press equipment and perform production tasks according to established procedures
Load, unload, and handle materials while maintaining safe and efficient production flow
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and production standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all workplace health and safety procedures
Report equipment issues, product defects, or other production concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Note: Duties may vary slightly based on operational requirements,



with specific guidance provided during site orientation.

Experience:
Previous general labour experience (required)
Previous experience working in an industrial environment is required
Experience operating industrial machinery or press equipment is an asset
Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Skills:
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a rapid-paced industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
